A wedding day is not about the photographs or the cake or even the dress. It’s about the people. The people who have seen you grow up, supported you, loved you and cared for you. The people who have been there for you through thick and thin, who rejoice in your happiness and promise to be there through your sadness. Above all it’s about the commitment that you and your loved one make to one another in the presence of all of those people who have shaped your lives to this point and will continue to do so well beyond this day.
I am a Wedding photographer, and I document life.
A native to year-round sunshine, I am originally from South Africa but moved to the UK in 2000 where I met my wife. We were married in 2003 and have three energetic young daughters who keep us on our toes and constantly in search of a quiet corner of the house!
We live on the outskirts of Trowbridge in Wiltshire looking out onto farmland full of buttercups and cows and it is from there that I run my business. When I’m not teaching myself some new photographic technique you’ll find me studying for a diploma in therapeutic counselling and volunteering for the Crisis Intervention service SHOUT. And sometimes I’m just watching TV!
